- Financial Data Protection: We only receive verification screenshots for Zelle or HeyGoldie deposit verifications. We NEVER store your credit card or bank account credentials directly on our servers.
- Purpose of Processing: To schedule, confirm, and manage salon appointments, and provide automated assistance via our virtual assistant (BeautyBot).
- Data Rights & Deletion: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Submit requests directly to cathandbeautysalon@gmail.com.
- Appeals Process: If your data rights request is denied, you may appeal within 45 days to cathandbeautysalon@gmail.com. If unresolved, you may contact the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General.

2. Terms of Service, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment or utilizing our salon services, you acknowledge and agree to the following contractual terms:
- Pricing & In-Person Assessment: All prices published on our website, social media, or provided by our automated assistant for chemical or complex services (including Balayage, Highlights, Color Corrections, and Micropigmentation) are BASE / INITIAL ESTIMATES ("Desde"). Final pricing is determined in-person based on hair length, density, previous chemical history, and technical requirements.
- Mandatory Deposit: Services exceeding $50 USD require a mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your calendar slot. Deposits must be completed via Zelle (203-325-0600) or our HeyGoldie official payment link.
- Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice): Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the deposit.

TCPA Opt-Out Mechanism: You can opt out of automated SMS / WhatsApp notifications at any time by replying "STOP" or "CANCELAR" to our messages.
